Job summary

CARE CORNER SINGAPORE LTD invites applications for an Associate (Programme) in the Active Ageing Centre (AAC). The role supports planning and delivery of activities for seniors, focusing on five domains of active ageing and overall wellbeing.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, outreach, and engagement, helping create a vibrant, inclusive community for older adults at Toa Payoh / Marsiling.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or Gerontology)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with seniors and volunteers
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient in interacting with diverse senior populations

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering programmes aligned with the Active Ageing Programme domains: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Vocational
• Set up, manage, and facilitate daily activities, workshops, and events for seniors
• Engage with seniors through outreach activities and door-knocking to connect isolated or vulnerable seniors
• Coordinate volunteer involvement and provide logistical support for partnerships with community stakeholders
• Maintain attendance records, schedules, and activity reports; support administrative tasks
