Care Corner is seeking a senior leader to oversee a cluster of Active Ageing Centres in Singapore, driving operational excellence, partnership development, and service innovation. You will guide centre teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help deliver funded outcomes for seniors.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, program evaluation, and staff development, with opportunities to influence care quality and community impact across multiple AACs.

Formación

• Degree in social work, Healthcare, Community Development, Gerontology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in eldercare, healthcare or social service sectors.
• Proven experience managing community programmes, centre operations.
• Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, systems thinking and change management.
• Good understanding of emerging trends, innovative service models and technology-enabled solutions in the seniors and community care sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with government agencies and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Cluster Management and Operational Excellence: Oversee the operations and performance of an assigned cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of organisational and funding KPIs. Monitor operational performance, service outcomes, and work with centre teams to implement continuous service improvements.
• Partnership Development and Care Integration: Represent the Active Ageing Group in ICCP meetings and collaborations, building relationships to promote person-centred, coordinated and seamless care for seniors.
• Service Development and Innovation: Support service development projects and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver new initiatives and funding proposals.
• Programme Impact, Evaluation & Learning: Develop evaluation frameworks and analyze data to improve programme effectiveness and learning across AACs.
• Leadership and Staff Development: Supervise and coach Centre Supervisors and other staff to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Other Responsibilities: Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Deputy Director, Active Ageing Group.
