Aureus (Eastpoint Mall) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Centre Manager to oversee daily operations at our music school centre.

You will lead front desk, ensure outstanding customer service, drive enrolments, and mentor staff to achieve targets while upholding the Aureus experience. Responsibilities include managing facilities, promoting a positive workplace culture, maintaining high service standards, and reporting on performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating service quality and coaching front desk teams.
• Strong focus on customer communication, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead by mentoring staff to reach targets.
• Experience in operations, facilities, and centre maintenance.
• Interest in promoting positive workplace culture and staff welfare.
• Strong communication across teams and management.
• Familiarity with curriculum adoption and reporting requirements.
• Willingness to handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement and Feedback: evaluate front desk performance and customer interactions via a 360-degree loop.
• Enhance Centre Experience: supervise logistics and facilities for a seamless environment.
• Sales and Growth: hit monthly enrolment and lead targets and mentor staff to achieve them.
• Workplace Culture and Etiquette: foster a positive culture and organise welfare events.
• Customer Relationship Management: drive retention and resolve issues with high service standards.
• Communication and Transparency: ensure aligned communications with core values.
• Aureus Curriculum System: ensure adoption of the Enigma system directives.
• Documentation and Reporting: track evaluations and improvement plans.
• Ad-Hoc: perform additional duties as assigned by management.
