NK EDU (WESTGATE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Operations Assistant to oversee daily operations at the centre in Singapore. You will liaise with tutors, parents and students to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales of tuition packages, stock and admin reports, and supporting marketing activities. The role requires energy, a business mindset, and weekend availability.

• Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
• Counter sales of tuition packages
• Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branch
• Communicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year
• Administer daily and monthly reports
• Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters
• Must be energetic and have a business mindset
• Able to work both weekends.
