Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate facility management.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Ensure day‑to‑day facility operations across janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance per Cushman & Wakefield policies and client directives.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance of properties.
• Respond promptly to building maintenance, repair and cleaning requests from occupants; implement ongoing contract programs.
• Compile information for site documentation and reports (Property Information Book, Site Operating Manual, Emergency Procedures Manual, logs, etc.).
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders for the facility/complex.
• Assist in development of capital budgets and a five‑year plan of maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and prepare statistical reports to assess facility management objectives.
• Ensure familiarity with management contracts, vendor agreements, and all contractual requirements.
• Monitor tenants and vendors Insurance compliance and coordinate related claims.
• Proactively inspect facilities and report findings to the Facility Manager.
