Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior / Property Executive to support a West Singapore location, overseeing both hard and soft FM services and leading a team of technicians. You will ensure timely responses to tenant needs and maintain high standards of building operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building/Facilities Management and at least 3 years of relevant facility management experience in commercial/industrial real estate.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building/Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate facility management.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for hard FM (Building, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary) and soft FM (Cleaning, Waste, Pest Control, Landscape).
• Lead a team of technicians or property officers to deliver service commitments.
• Attend to tenant feedback and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Manage Contractors and ensure performance aligns with expectations.
• Oversee vendors/service providers engaged by the client.
• Compile service reports and submit to the Client.
• Plan and implement improvement work for managed buildings.
• Inspect common areas and tenanted spaces and follow up on defects.
