Job summary

Crestar Enterprise is seeking a Technician Specialist Officer to install, test, repair and maintain ceiling fans, while ensuring safety and high-quality service across Singapore. You will handle diagnostics, customer interactions, and on-site support with a company van provided for trips.

The role emphasizes technical troubleshooting, time management, and teamwork with service and sales colleagues. Local driving and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Specifically, Singapore Class 3/3A Driving License required.
• ITE/NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical/IT/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• Open to candidates with or without experience; senior role for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Install ceiling fans on concrete or false ceilings and conduct safety checks.
• Diagnose issues and repair/maintain components like motors and wiring.
• Interact with customers to provide estimates and guidance on use and maintenance.
• Test repaired fans and perform quality control to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets standards.
• Stay updated on new fan models and technologies; mentor junior technicians.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for efficient workflow.
• Transport and deliver goods using company vehicle as needed.
