Job summary

CCOOL Industries Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled technician to ensure high-quality ceiling fan installation, testing, maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on customer service.

You will perform on-site installations across Singapore using the company van, diagnose issues, replace components, and provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance while upholding safety standards. You will also communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3/3A License and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical or IT systems helps.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Professional, respectful and customer-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Install ceiling fans on concrete and false ceilings with safety checks.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Repair or replace defective components and perform preventive maintenance.
• Interact with customers to explain issues and provide cost estimates.
• Test repaired fans and perform quality control checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards during repair work.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with team.
• Drive and deliver using company van and pack goods for delivery.
• Unload containers and organize warehouse space.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the company.
