You will install, repair, and maintain ceiling fans, conduct safety tests, and provide excellent customer service across Singapore. A company van is provided for visiting client sites. Qualifications

• Possess Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• No experience required; basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or IT systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install ceiling fans on various ceilings and perform safety checks.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot faults in fans.
• Repair or replace defective components and perform preventive maintenance.
• Interact with customers to explain issues and provide cost estimates.
• Test repaired fans and perform quality checks to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated on fan models and technologies; participate in training.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
• Collect customer feedback and relay it to management.
• Operate company van to transport and deliver goods as needed.
• Pack and label outgoing shipments and manage delivery documentation.
• Unload shipments safely and organize storage space.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Company.
