Job summary

POINT ONE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ceiling fans and lighting fixtures for residential and commercial clients. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and excellent customer service on-site.

Qualifications

Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License to travel to installation sites.
Demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ceiling fan and lighting installation.

Responsibilities

Install various types of ceiling fans and lighting fixtures onsite accurately and efficiently.
Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure functionality.
Follow safety protocols to complete all installations safely and meet quality standards.
Communicate clearly with clients to explain product functions and provide professional customer service.
Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
