Job summary

Point One Technology is a Singapore-based engineering group behind Point One Fan, the country’s only performance ceiling fan brand. We install, maintain, and troubleshoot ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and related control systems for residential and commercial clients in Singapore.

The Installation Technician role offers opportunities to document work, manage tools, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring safety and quality across various sites.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical installation for fans and lights.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Holder of Class 3/3A license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Languages: Basic English, Mandarin/Malay.
• Experience working on-site in residential and commercial environments with safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; time management.
• Relevant electrical certifications preferred.
• Prior experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot ceiling fans and lighting fixtures.
• Document work performed and maintain tools and equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of installation processes.
• Work at residential and commercial locations in Singapore.
