Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Service Engineer to calibrate and service spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters in Singapore.

You will perform calibration, repair, and maintenance per Japanese facility standards and provide technical support by phone and email. Responsibilities include documenting work in service reports, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely completion according to factory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV/Security Industry.
• Calibration/repair experience with related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters.
• Performing calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan.
• Executing adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per manuals and schematics, using appropriate soldering tools.
• Providing precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and completion of service reports documenting all repair and calibration activities.
• Monitoring repair cases to guarantee timely completion within factory turnaround guidelines.
