Job summary

EMS Wiring Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer in Singapore to lead and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, Wi‑Fi and related IT systems within data centres.

You will handle installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating with clients and team members. The role requires a diploma in IT/electronics or related field, 1–3 years of IT/system engineering experience, and proficiency with CAD drawing and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma IT / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years IT/system engineering experience.
• Familiar with data centre environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate smart hands work at Data Centre.
• Project coordination and implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi and other IT systems.
• Assist Sales on pre‑sales support and onsite surveys.
• Install, configure IT / System devices and maintain documentation.
• Create and maintain CAD drawings and project schedules.
• Provide Level‑2/3 support and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure workplace safety and health practices.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

Job description

Seeking Service Engineer, you will be responsible for lead, troubleshooting, installation, commission, maintenance and servicing of CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi and others IT related systems and with associated structure cabling infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1 to 3 years of IT / System Engineering related work experience.
• Minimum Diploma IT / Electronics Engineering and above or related field.
• Efficiency in carry out service and maintenance activities in a safe manner.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills as to offer customer service and technical support.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Drawing and MS Office software.

Responsibilities:
