Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a driven sales professional to join its catering team in Singapore. You will generate leads, handle enquiries, build strong client relationships, and coordinate catering bookings with Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales, preferably in Catering, F&B, Restaurant or Wedding, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Catering, F&B, Restaurant or Wedding.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Motivated, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and secure new catering business opportunities.
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, proposals and client follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Coordinate catering bookings and liaise with Kitchen and Operations teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of orders and provide after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
