About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Catering Sales Executive to join our sales team on a full-time basis at our Bedok North East Region location. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing sales department within the food and beverage industry. As a Catering Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new catering opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into profitable contracts. This position offers the chance to develop your sales skills whilst working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and respond to leads and track sales pipeline, manage customer database and maintain detailed records of all sales activities and interactions
• Present catering and wedding packages, menus and services to prospective clients. Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up. See through major clients' events at assigned venues
• Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are understood and deliverable

What we're looking for

Candidates with proven sales experience, ideally in the food and beverage, catering or hospitality industry will have a favourable advantage

• Strong sales techniques and ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
• Result-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Able to converse and write in Bahasa Melayu
