Job summary

Lavish Dine Catering is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive/Coordinator (Catering) to expand our corporate clientele and maintain service standards. You will handle enquiries, assist in event planning, and help brand promotions.

The role requires at least 2 years in corporate sales, an O Level or Diploma in Hospitality, a self-driven, outgoing attitude, and the ability to lead a small team toward monthly targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.


• Establish client relationship and build rapport.


• Generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.


• Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.


• Prepare event order according to established S.O.P.


• Maintain all Catering and Conference files in accordance with established procedures and standard.


• Prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.


• Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.


• Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• “O” Level / Diploma in the Hospitality industry.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.


• Must be self-driven and sales orientated.


• Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual and yet as a team member.


• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.


• Willing to work in the West.
