You will identify new sales opportunities, respond to inquiries, assist with menu selection and catering proposals, and build lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel & F&B Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service in F&B/hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various sales prospecting channels.
• Respond promptly to telephone and online catering enquiries.
• Assist clients with menu selection and prepare catering proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.
• Proactively brainstorm and propose ideas to enhance catering services and customer experience.
• Manage the sales and profitability of catering event orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Food Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of events.
• Prepare event orders in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain catering and conference files according to procedures and company standards.
