Job summary

LS F&B Services Pte Ltd is a dynamic catering and event service provider seeking a Catering Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new catering opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into profitable contracts within a fast-paced sales team.

The role involves responding to leads, presenting catering packages, preparing quotations, managing client events, and coordinating with operations to ensure client satisfaction. Fluent Bahasa Melayu is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in food and beverage, catering, or hospitality industries is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Acquire and respond promptly to leads while tracking the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales targets
• Manage and update the customer database with detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions for accurate reporting and follow-up
• Present catering and wedding packages, menus, and services tailored to prospective clients’ requirements and budgets to secure contracts
• Prepare and submit accurate, customized quotations and proposals that align with client needs and financial parameters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and proactive follow-up to foster loyalty
• Oversee major client events at assigned venues to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively with operations and kitchen teams to communicate client requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Utilize CRM systems and MS Office applications proficiently to manage sales activities and documentation
• Apply strong sales techniques to close deals effectively and meet or exceed sales targets
• Organize and manage multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously using strong time management skills
• Maintain a result-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieve business objectives
• Communicate fluently in Bahasa Melayu, both spoken and written, to engage with clients and support sales activities
