Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, proficiency in Asian home-style dishes, and a willingness to obtain basic food safety certification.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchen or catering.

• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications
• Assist Head Chef in daily meal preparation for Tingkat subscriptions and catering orders
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols (SFA standards)
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation
• Support kitchen team during peak production hours
• Report any quality or operational issues to Head Chef

The Role

We're looking for a skilled 2nd Cook to support our kitchen operations in preparing high-quality Tingkat meals and catering orders. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to execute daily menus, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure timely meal production for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications
• Assist Head Chef in daily meal preparation for Tingkat subscriptions and catering orders
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols (SFA standards)

Requirements
