Job summary

Lam’s Singapore is seeking a frontline team member to handle orders, payments, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced food-outlet environment. The role entails cashiering, cashiering SOPs, and ensuring accurate processing of dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.

Qualifications

• Cashiering or customer service experience in F&B is preferred.
• Able to learn and follow simple cashiering, service and delivery order SOPs.
• Handle customer orders, online delivery orders and payments accurately.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
