Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Cash Management Relationship Manager to drive business growth for a leading regional bank in Asia.

You will originate cash management opportunities, tailor transaction banking solutions and expand revenue through new client acquisition and portfolio development. You will collaborate with Corporate Banking, Product, Implementation and Operations to deliver tailored solutions and seamless onboarding, while monitoring portfolio performance and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
Experience in Cash Management Sales, Transaction Banking or Corporate Banking Relationship Management.
Strong knowledge of cash management products, payments, liquidity solutions and corporate banking services.
Proven track record in business development, client relationship management and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to grow cash management business and revenue.
Originate and structure cash management solutions, including payments, collections, liquidity management and account services.
Drive new client acquisition, deposit growth and cross-selling opportunities across transaction banking products.
Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Product, Implementation and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Monitor portfolio performance, market developments and client requirements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
