Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the relationship manager in handling a portfolio of corporate clients. The role involves financial analysis, KYC compliance, and deepening knowledge of cash management products.

You will engage with stakeholders across departments, address client inquiries, and contribute to improving cross-border settlement solutions. This position reports to the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Recognized bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing corporate banking relationships.
• Strong knowledge of cash management products.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic, results-oriented, and possessing sound business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship manager in managing a portfolio of corporate clients and perform financial analysis.
• Conduct KYC checks and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Research cash management case studies to identify industry trends and improve cross-border settlement solutions.
• Address customer transactional queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
