Qualifications

• 2–4 years in case management or similar follow-up roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication with participants and partners.
• Discretion handling personal and sensitive information.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and case-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising cases from first contact to closure.
• Maintain accurate case records and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with team members and partners for fundraising and disbursement.
• Track turnaround times and flag at-risk cases early.
• Apply escalation rules with a clear summary and ensure closure.
• Contribute to SOPs, checklists and training from day-to-day experience.
• Provide accurate case data for weekly reports and tool feedback.
