Job summary

TOUCH Community Services Limited is seeking a dedicated role to work with caregivers and families across Singapore. You will help plan and run caregiver support programmes, facilitate talks and workshops, and build strong partnerships with volunteers and stakeholders to deliver caregiver-centric services.

You will engage caregivers through outreach events, provide information and referrals, and contribute to program evaluation and reporting to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with strong communication and administration skills.
• Experience in programme management or caregiver work is an added advantage.
• Interest in improving caregiving in Singapore; 1–2 years with caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate caregiver support programmes.
• Facilitate talks, workshops, and peer support events.
• Maintain outreach and partnerships to raise service awareness.
• Support team reporting, grant applications, and documentation.
