Job summary

Touch Community Services is seeking an Officer – Service Support (Caregiver Support) to help deliver caregiver programmes and ensure smooth centre operations. You will coordinate programme logistics, engage caregivers, manage intake and follow-ups, and match participants to suitable offerings.

The role supports caregivers and families of older persons and those with special needs or mental health conditions, providing frontline information, reflections, and administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Community Care, Health Services, Social Sciences)
• 0–3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or community-related work will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme logistics: scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, well-organised centre ready for programmes and visitors
• Support day-to-day centre operations and programme delivery on-site
• Assist facilitators during sessions with logistics and participant needs
• Provide caregiver engagement and intake/support across service journey
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases and serve as first contact via Care Line
