Job summary

TOUCH COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an Officer - Service Support (Caregiver Support) to help deliver caregiver programmes and ensure smooth centre operations. You will engage caregivers across their service journey and assist with intake, follow-ups, and programme matching.

The role focuses on programme coordination, user-friendly care line support, and administrative duties to support the team and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Community Care, Health Services, Social Sciences or related fields).
• 0-3 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or community-related work will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme logistics: scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, follow-ups.
• Ensure the centre is clean, organised and ready for programmes and visitors.
• Support day-to-day centre operations and on-site coordination.
• Assist facilitators during sessions and co-facilitate segments when required.
• Conduct intake and onboarding conversations to understand caregiver needs.
• Perform follow-ups, light-touch check-ins, and assessments with caregivers.
• Identify and recommend caregivers for appropriate programmes.
• Maintain documentation of caregiver interactions and follow-up actions.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases and serve as Care Line contact.
• Handle general administrative duties: data entry, scheduling, procurement, documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and logistics; maintain trackers.
• Contribute to simple process improvements to boost team efficiency.
