Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related fields (applicants with no experience may apply).

Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Learning Experiences through innovative curricula, workshops, e-learning modules, and blended programmes.
• Drive Training Excellence by formulating policies that ensure high-quality development opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage Training Operations, coordinating programmes, vendors, logistics, and ensuring value for participants and the organisation.
