Job summary

SUTD Academy, the professional education arm of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), is seeking a dynamic Career Coaching and Programme Management Associate to enhance participants’ employability and oversee CET programs including SCTP.

You will design career pathways, provide one-on-one guidance, run workshops, and coordinate with employers and government agencies to create placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in career coaching, placement services, or related role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Career Pathway Design: Develop personalized career development and placement plans for SCTP participants.
• Guidance and Advisory: Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions to assess goals and identify suitable paths.
• Goal Setting: Collaborate to set realistic career goals and actionable plans.
• Workshops and Seminars: Design and deliver workshops on career management and job search strategies.
• Case Management: Maintain records and track participants' progress; monitor outcomes.
• Job Matching & Employer Engagement: Facilitate placements and liaise with employers and agencies.
• Programme Management: Plan and execute CET programmes, including logistics and billing.
