Job summary

DIGITAL TREASURES CENTER PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned leader to own the card product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle across consumer and business segments, delivering compliant, scalable card solutions.

You will drive strategy, partnerships, and P&L, oversee risk and compliance with MAS and PCI DSS, and lead a multi-disciplinary team across APAC to grow in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in card issuing, payments, or fintech.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the card product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle across consumer and business segments.
• Own P&L, pricing, and issuer economics; track key metrics and forecasts.
• Lead partnerships with card schemes, issuing banks, processors, and programme managers.
