Job summary

ByteDance is recruiting for a growth-focused role within its Global Payment team in Singapore to drive digital consumer card product growth. You will help drive MAC, TPV, and CLV by supporting outreach, activation, spending and retention, while assisting in cashback and promotional campaigns.

You will gather requirements and collaborate with product, engineering, design and operations to deliver growth features and improve user journeys, while tracking metrics, supporting AB testing and funnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1+ year of experience in building consumer products and driving user growth (acquisition/activation/retention).
• Familiarity with product or project management processes, including requirements collection and testing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.
• Preferred: experience with user-facing tech companies, payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
• Preferred: hands-on growth experience such as A/B testing and funnel analysis; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in product management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support card user growth initiatives across outreach, acquisition, activation, spending and retention.
• Design and launch cashback, rewards and promotional campaigns.
• Gather requirements and work with product, engineering, design and operations teams to deliver growth features and improve user journeys.
• Track performance metrics and support A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, risk and compliance teams to support campaign delivery.
• Support card issuing product development by gathering requirements, writing PRDs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on delivery.
