PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead end-to-end loyalty and rewards initiatives within the cards/payments space in Singapore.

You will translate business objectives into clear requirements, manage timelines, risks and governance, and drive program design and stakeholder alignment. The role requires 5–7 years of cross-functional project leadership, strong communication and workshop facilitation skills, and a hands-on, adaptable approach to changing

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in business project management within cards, loyalty, rewards or financial services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in cards, loyalty programs or customer engagement preferred.
• Experience implementing or transforming loyalty, rewards, CRM or customer engagement platforms is an advantage.
• Strong business requirements management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of cards/payments.
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Hands-on, structured and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end business project plan, timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and external partners.
• Translate business objectives into clear requirements and implementation plans.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder meetings, progress updates and risk tracking.
• Support loyalty program design, including rewards structure, eligibility rules, customer journeys and redemption processes.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on program design and customer propositions.
• Coordinate migration and consolidation of existing loyalty programs.
• Oversee business validation, UAT, operational readiness and launch preparation.
• Prepare project updates and presentation materials for senior management.
