You will prepare quotations, pursue sales opportunities, and aim to meet personal and team targets while maintaining an inviting showroom and accurate sales records. Basic product knowledge and customer-focused communication are essential to success.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Accessories Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable car accessories, generating sales, providing product recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

What you'll do

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle accessory requirements.

Recommend suitable car accessories based on customer needs, vehicle type, and budget.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation options.

Promote and sell products such as car audio systems, dashcams, PPF/tinting, Body kits, tyres, rims, safety accessories, floor mats, and other automotive products.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Keep up to date with new automotive accessories, brands, and market trends.

Coordinate with the installation/service team to ensure smooth customer fulfilment.

Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and presentable.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales service.

Maintain accurate sales records and assist with stock checks when required.

Who are we looking for:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, car accessories, or retail sales is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, confident, and customer-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of cars and automotive accessories is an advantage.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good negotiation and closing skills.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.

• Basic computer skills.

• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
