Job summary

EV AUTO LAB PRIVATE LIMITED (T HOUSE) seeks a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive to drive sales of automotive film services and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our studio.

You will engage car owners, upsell PPF, window tinting, and wraps, coordinate installations, and work with a passionate team in a high-end automotive environment. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred, with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, luxury retail, or service industries.
• Passion for cars and automotive culture with a drive to upsell.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries; upsell film packages.
• Build rapport with car enthusiasts and follow up leads to close sales.
• Issue receipts, manage invoices, and schedule installations with the technical team.
• Support front-desk duties and maintain professional communication from consultation to handover.

About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Customer Service Executive to join EV AUTO LAB PRIVATE LIMITED (T HOUSE).

You will be the face of our automotive styling studio, responsible for driving sales, engaging with car owners, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are passionate about cars, love talking about automotive culture, and want to turn conversations into successful deals with great commission potential, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sales & Customer Engagement: Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries with high enthusiasm. Proactively introduce our automotive film products (PPF, window tinting, wraps), explain pricing, and enthusiastically upsell packages tailored to each car owner's needs.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with car enthusiasts, address customer pain points, and follow up closely on pending leads to close sales.
• Order & Scheduling: Issue receipts, manage customer invoices, and seamlessly coordinate installation appointments with our technical team.
• Store Operations: Assist with front-desk duties and ensure smooth, professional communication from initial consultation to vehicle handover.

Requirements

• Citizenship/Status: Only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) due to quota.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience (prior experience in the automotive, luxury retail, or service industry is strongly preferred).
• Truly passionate about cars, automotive modifications, or car culture with a strong eagerness to introduce and promote products.
• Target-driven and proactive in sales, with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and partners.
• Customer-centric with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer literacy (for issuing receipts and managing schedules).
