Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional qualification in facilities, property, engineering, or operations.
• Health & Safety certifications required or to be pursued.
• Fire Safety Manager qualification or willingness to undertake training.
• Minimum five years in facilities, estates, or service-led environments.
• Experience managing large outsourced service contracts and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of the campus, ensuring safety, efficiency, and fit-for-purpose facilities.
• Oversee contracts for maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, catering, and transport.
• Monitor contractor performance via KPI reviews, renewals, and tenders.
• Head campus improvement projects, refurbishments and capital works.
• Drive long-term campus development and master-planning initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets and financial performance.
