Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Campus Director to lead a large, complex client campus operations team in Singapore. You will drive service excellence, stakeholder alignment, and financial discipline across workspace, FOH/BOH services, and vendor management.

You will role model integrity, coach a diverse team, and partner with internal COE and HR to support workforce planning, safety, and performance improvement while ensuring contract KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, multinational setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 15+ specialist team with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Shape service delivery aligned to client priorities, workplace strategy, and KPIs/SLA attainment.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, sourcing, and cost controls to deliver value.
• Partner with COE, HR, and account leadership to plan talent, succession, and workforce needs.
• Oversee capital works, office moves, and workplace projects with disciplined project delivery.
• Provide clear, transparent operational and financial reporting with actionable insights.
