Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a senior facilities leader to oversee multi-site operations, governance and client satisfaction, balancing hands-on management with regional oversight and remote coordination.

You will drive service delivery, compliance and financial performance, manage teams across SEA, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost optimization and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace management, or corporate administration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English & Mandarin).
• Ability to balance hands-on operational management in Singapore with strategic regional oversight and virtual coordination.
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
• Effective people manager, driving excellence and growth within the team.
• Innovative & solution-oriented.
• Understanding of SEA business cultures and ability to adapt communication and management styles for different country contexts.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player, using interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client funded travelling may be required occasionally to oversee office operations within SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead account governance including business reviews and strategic planning sessions with the client, showcasing performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight for operations across client offices, standardizing processes, KPIs, and service delivery models.
• Manage all aspects of IFM operations in Singapore and provide remote guidance for remote offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure high standards of front-of-house operations and workplace culture.
• Strategize and maintain a positive workplace culture by organizing events and managing employee feedback.
