Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day services, budgets, vendor performance, and safety, while leading a high-performing team across office moves, space planning, and risk management.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring compliance with JLL standards and fostering a collaborative culture across local and global teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or relevant field.
• 6-10 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ direct/indirect reports.
• Experience managing a site or portfolio of at least 100,000 sq ft.
• Budget management experience around SGD 500,000.
• Strong budgeting, invoice processing and PO management skills.
• Health, safety and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client engagement and service delivery as the face of JLL.
• Ensure portfolio-wide compliance and timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee budgets and financial recovery aligned with client goals.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance end-to-end across Singapore.
• Process POs, invoices and requisitions through JDE and Coupa.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety procedures.
• Lead office launches, moves and agile workspace initiatives.
• Monitor space occupancy and inform operational decisions.
• Develop and execute team development and succession plans with direct reports.
