Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Assistant Product Manager for a six-month maternity cover to support the Young Adults segment marketing team in Singapore. You will plan and execute campus-based initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement and usage of Banking's payment and card products among tertiary students.

Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, managing on-campus activities and events, and tracking performance to continually optimise engagement while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience planning campus-based marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeted at Young Adults across tertiary institutions.
• Conceptualise and implement on-campus activities promoting Banking's payment and card products.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns including QR Hunt and experiential marketing.
• Support on-ground activations at campuses, events and roadshows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for smooth campaign delivery.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance including acquisition and engagement metrics.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the youth segment.
• Generate insights and recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing activities while complying with governance requirements.
