Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a driven product professional to support consumer card product growth across acquisition, activation and retention. You will assist in cashback and promotional campaigns, gather requirements, and collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver new features.

The role requires at least 1 year in consumer products or growth, strong stakeholder management, and a keen interest in payments and fintech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in consumer products, growth, product management or related areas.
• Familiar with product/project management processes, including requirements gathering, testing and stakeholder coordination.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Keen interest in payments, fintech and digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer card product growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation, engagement, spending and retention.
• Assist in the design and execution of cashback, rewards and promotional campaigns.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features.
• Monitor key performance metrics and support A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
• Support end-to-end card product development, including requirements gathering, PRD preparation and cross-functional project coordination.
