Job summary

Hegen is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Experience Executive (Early Careers) to join our People & Workplace Experience team in Singapore. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and assist with onboarding, while supporting internship and early-career programmes with campus engagement and career fairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 2 years of cumulative experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, talent operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in interview coordination, candidate communications and recruitment administration.
• Exposure to candidate sourcing and screening would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, recruitment platforms and talent databases, with strong attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, interviewer coordination and preparation of relevant materials.
• Coordinate and administer psychometric, video and other recruitment assessments, ensuring a seamless process and positive candidate experience.
• Track candidate progress and follow up on outstanding actions to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently.
• Support offer administration, pre-employment documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain timely, thoughtful and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition and recruitment records within HRIS and other systems.
• Ensure candidate statuses, hiring information and recruitment documentation are updated accurately and on time.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support regular reporting on hiring activity and progress.
• Support recruitment metrics, dashboards and Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Maintain interview materials and recruitment templates.
