Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to support workflow improvement initiatives and re-definition of processes across the patient journey and care delivery.

You will assist in project planning, run projections, coordinate with stakeholders, and help implement end-to-end interventions including digital solutions, aiming to optimise operations, space utilisation, and cross-department flows across hospital and cluster levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand department operations and streamline workflows using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Assist in projections and simulations based on workload.
• Manage facilities inventory.
• Explore innovative solutions to improve workflow, including digital options.
• Coordinate with enabler departments to translate to-be workflows into requirements.
• Provide project updates and escalate conflicts with objectives/resources.
• Organise workflow discussions with hospital stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end rollout of interventions and analyze feedback.
• Provide departmental administrative and secretariat support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
