Reporting to the COO, you will drive service transformation, process redesign, workforce optimisation, and performance management with a focus on patient safety, efficiency, and stakeholder partnership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Health Management adds advantage.
• 15+ years of relevant administration/project management experience.
• At least 5 years in a complex healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial, analytical and management capabilities.
• High emotional intelligence with stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional change management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Familiarity with technology adoption and process engineering in service operations.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic planning and operational management of the Patient Services Division.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and monitor divisional plans.
• Formulate policies and quality plans to enhance patient care and safety.
• Establish KPIs to drive operational excellence and service quality.
• Lead enterprise-wide process redesign and service transformation across care pathways.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Drive care pathway transformations to support evolving healthcare needs.
• Oversee planning and readiness of new and redeveloped patient care areas.
• Develop workforce analytics for manpower forecasting and resource allocation.
• Partner with HR to drive succession planning and talent development.
• Oversee the division's annual budget and financial stewardship.
• Implement monitoring and reporting to optimise performance.
• Foster strong partnerships with healthcare, community, and cross-sector stakeholders.
• Represent the hospital on committees to provide strategic leadership.
