Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an AV technician for a 6-month contract at Woodleigh campus. You will plan, set up and operate sound systems, projectors and computer systems for campus events from Monday to Friday 8:30–5:30.

You will maintain AV inventory, monitor service requests and assist with venue bookings, repairs, and commissioning of new AV systems while guiding teaching staff in AV usage and ensuring safety and availability of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, plan, set up and operate sound systems, projectors & computer systems for events on campus.
• Maintain and update AV inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Monitor service requests for AV assistance/setup and AV venue bookings.
• Coordinate, repairs, and commissioning new AV systems
• Guide teaching staff to use AV resources when required.
• Maintain the integrity, security and availability of AV systems.
• Manage health and safety regulations within the theatre & AV managed venues.
• Perform periodical maintenance of AV equipment within the theatre (Eg. LED Wall, Audio Console & DSP, Lighting Bulb replacement)
• Provide feedback, research and recommend AV best practices within the school.
• Assist with the evaluation and procurement of AV equipment
• Administrative task set by the AV & theatre Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by AV & Theatre Manager
