Job Requirements

• Good track record in providing Customer Service/ Telemarketer.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
• Min. 2 years of Customer Service/ Telemarketer/ Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment experience.
• Experience working as a Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre environment is highly desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
• Willing to learn the traits of recruitment.
• Able to work independently and as a team

Incumbent must be CEI Certified or willing to go for the CEI course is required.

Candidate must be willing to take on a Commission base role.
