Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent support specialist at our Singapore site to handle fault calls promptly. You will document details in the system, follow SOPs, and respond using approved scripts and workflows.

The role requires clear English communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined procedures. Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required; prior call center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work within defined procedures.
• Willing and able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience in a call center or helpdesk environment is an advantage.
