THE ROYALS CAFE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example in beverage preparation, staff training, and daily cafe operations.

You will train and mentor new staff to uphold service standards, perform hands-on duties during peak hours, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also assist with back-end recording and data tabulation in Excel during off-peak hours to ensure accurate operational records, cleanliness, and safety.

• Prepare beverages and drinks accurately following SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Train and mentor new staff to build team capability and maintain service standards.
• Perform hands-on duties during peak hours to support cafe operations.
• Conduct back-end recording and data tabulation using Excel during off-peak hours to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and cafe premises to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Engage with customers by providing friendly service and menu recommendations.
