Job summary

HERO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards. The role includes managing stock, training servers, and handling customer interactions while maintaining cafe cleanliness.

Located just 8 minutes from multiple MRT stations, the position offers flexible working hours, including weekends, and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• In charge of stock take and ordering.
• Training new servers.
• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations.
• Manage table service and complaints.
• Responsible for cashiering.
• Ensure cleanliness and order of the cafe.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and desserts.
