Kenzen Central in Singapore is seeking a proactive Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will coach a team, set service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and suppliers to maintain quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining hygiene and safety.

Formación

• Previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café.
• Lead, train, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales, manage cash handling, and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
