Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Around 6 years of experience in F&B and retail, incl. 2+ years in management.
• Strong English proficiency and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue targets across annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles.
• Analyze operation data to boost revenue and retention.
• Review loyalty data to inform local store strategies.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and asset safeguarding with SOPs.
• Lead and develop store staff; coach and evaluate performance.
• Build external partnerships, events and venue rentals.
