Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager (Central Kitchen) to ensure smooth CK operations, oversee facilities, maintenance, order fulfilment and logistics, and safeguard food safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead shift-based teams, manage vendor contracts, and drive continuous improvement in production, quality control and delivery service, aiming for safe, efficient, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or kitchen operations and logistics.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership with strong organisation.
• Ability to manage shift-based teams and part-timers.
• Proficiency in planning and reporting tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CK order fulfilment and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Manage logistics, delivery scheduling and SLA adherence.
• Oversee maintenance of CK infrastructure and vendor contracts.
• Ensure product QC checks and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with MCST and government agencies on inspections, compliance and follow-ups.
